We realise that the purchase of a holiday home, whether it be for occasional use or as an investment, is a major consideration. Therefore a friendly approach without the 'hard sell' is important to you.

The owners of Strawberryfield Park are here to help you through the buying process and can offer help and advice on the design and style of your dream holiday home. Floor plans, kitchen and bathroom design and choosing colour schemes can be a daunting task, not to us, we can show you around existing lodges and show homes to help that decision making process. It is in our best interest to serve your best interests.

We are members of the BH&HPA (British Holiday and Home Park Association) and abide by its strict code of conduct.

We aim to make your lodge buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. We will explain clearly the implications of buying a lodge at Strawberryfield Park and our obligations and commitments to you. We will be courteous to you and will be respectful of your decisions at all times. Once you have decided to buy an eco-lodge at Strawberryfield Park you will be asked to sign a purchase agreement and a licence agreement. These will be explained fully to you before you commit to buying and you will be given a copy of each agreement to keep. A copy of the purchase agreement and licence agreement, which is the same for all buyers, will be available from the Park owners for you to view at any time.

Choose your perfect plot. All plots on Strawberryfield Park are secluded, south facing and have native hedgerow boundaries.

There is ample room for a spacious decking area for alfresco dining and a hot tub. Each plot has private parking for two cars. Our experience enables us to offer you free advice on design, layout and furnishings. We are at hand every step of the way to ensure the purchase of your dream holiday home runs as smoothly as possible.

3 easy steps to owning your dream holiday or investment home.

It couldn’t be easier. We will help you all we can through the purchase, design and delivery stages.

STEP 1. reserve your chosen your plot. It only takes £1,000 to reserve your chosen plot allowing you breathing space to design your perfect lodge.

STEP 2. let us help you through the design process by showing you other lodges and show homes on the park. We can advise on size and layout, kitchens, bathrooms and colour schemes. When you are satisfied with your plans we will start to build you dream lodge. The balance of 25% of the purchase price will then be due.

STEP 3. choose your furnishings and fabrics ready for delivery. If you prefer we can fully furnish and equip you lodge ready for use or to let. At this stage the balance of the purchase price will be due.

Once your lodge is built and sited we will work with you to design and build the decking to your satisfaction, install your jacuzzi and attend to any landscaping amendments.

We will help you all we can through the purchase, design and delivery stages.
