What Does “Dog-Friendly Accredited by VisitEngland” Mean?

Being dog-friendly accredited by VisitEngland isn’t just a label — it’s a mark of quality and care.

VisitEngland is the national tourism board, and their accreditation means our lodges meet specific standards to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for guests travelling with dogs. This includes everything from suitable accommodation layouts and nearby walking routes, to thoughtful touches that make your pup feel just as welcome as you do.

For you, it means peace of mind. You can book knowing that your dog isn’t just allowed — they’re genuinely welcomed.
