Twenty-second in our spotlight series is the cosy autumnal pad — The Levels. Rated 5 Gold by Visit England, this lodge takes couples’ retreats to the next level. Complete with a glowing log fire, a starlit covered courtyard, and all the home comforts you could wish for, it’s the perfect place to switch off and reconnect.
The spacious deck is made for lingering — whether it’s relaxing in the sun, taking your time over a long lunch, or enjoying sundowners before one of our famous sunsets. As night falls, slip into the partially sunken hot tub, then finish the evening with a nightcap beneath the starlit roof of the magical courtyard.
Inside, the chic master bedroom flows openly into a walk-in dressing room and luxurious living space. And when it’s time to rest, the super king bed promises that irresistible sink-in comfort.

Lucy – The gorgeous bathroom – the décor is statement yet relaxing, and with direct access to the hot tub – it’s a winner!
Will – The spacious and private decking area is surrounded by nature’s gifts, including apple trees and other greenery.
Mike – The kitchen opening up straight into the starlit courtyard for the ultimate dining experience whatever the weather.

This was our second stay at the levels. It did not disapoint. Pure luxury. Staff are around but leave you to it. Draycott is beautiful. We bought strawberries from Warren farm. Had an ale from the brewery. Can’t wait to stay again.

5.0 out of 5The Levels is a lovely lodge, spacious and very comfortable. Fully equipped and well maintained it was everything we needed for our stay. The park is very private and an ideal place to use as a base for visiting local attractions.
