We’re absolutely delighted to share some very special news — we’ve been awarded the VisitEngland ROSE Award.
It’s an accolade that means a great deal to us, not just because of what it represents, but because of the people behind it.
We’re already incredibly proud to hold a 5-Star Gold VisitEngland rating, recognising the quality, facilities and overall experience we offer our guests. We’ve also been fortunate enough to receive Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice, which is based on the experiences and reviews shared by our wonderful guests.
To now receive a VisitEngland ROSE Award feels like a particularly special addition to these achievements.
The VisitEngland ROSE Award is presented to accommodation businesses that demonstrate outstanding levels of service and hospitality.
While our 5-Star Gold rating recognises the quality of our accommodation and facilities, the ROSE Award places a particular emphasis on something that has always been incredibly important to us — the guest experience.
For us, that’s what makes this award so meaningful.
Beautiful lodges, private hot tubs and stunning surroundings are all part of what makes a stay at Strawberryfield Park special, but we’ve always believed that it’s the little things, the warm welcome and the care taken throughout a guest’s stay that really make the difference.
More than anything, this award is a huge thank you to our team.
Our team genuinely cares about Strawberryfield Park and, most importantly, about the people who come to stay with us. From the first enquiry through to the moment guests leave, there is our small team working behind the scenes to make sure everything is just right.
It’s the attention to detail, the quick response to a question, the little extra touches, the care taken to keep everything looking its best and the willingness to go that extra mile when a guest needs something.
These things might not always be visible, but they are such an important part of the experience we strive to create.
Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and we’re incredibly proud that this has been recognised through the VisitEngland ROSE Award.
Of course, none of this would mean quite as much without our guests.

But while awards are lovely to receive, our biggest achievement will always be seeing guests leave happy, relaxed and already talking about when they can come back.
