Contactless check-in

Our guests have always loved our Contactless Check-in, which allows you to go straight to your accommodation without entering a crowded reception area. Never has this been more important!  You’ll be given directions to your lodge before you arrive, and you’ll find that the key has been disinfected and left in the door for you. We’d still like to check that you are happy with everything in your lodge, so we’ll call you on the number that you have given us the morning after you arrive. 

Cleaning your lodge 

During lockdown we’ve taken the opportunity to deep clean and sanitise each lodge. Our experienced housekeeping team have been trained to a very high standard, and we’re allowing even more time between bookings to make sure that everything is sparkling clean when you arrive.

Your safety at the park 

There are no shared facilities at the park, and because of our contactless Check-in, social distancing is easy. Each lodge has its own parking space and plenty of open space all around, whilst the decking areas are spacious, private, and well away from other lodges. However, please remember to observe a 2-metre distance when walking around the park grounds.
